The Beach House at Manafaru sits at the most northerly tip of the Maldives, in the pristine, lagoon-ringed Haa Alifu Atoll, little explored by foreigners and totally un-polluted by the noise of passing speedboats. What many people don’t know is that that further north you go, the more lush and green the islands become. So while Manafaru is fringed by those exquisite, powder-white beaches for which the Maldives are famous, it also has a jungle-filled interior ripe for exploration.

On touching down at Male International Airport, a Beach House representative will be there to greet you. They will escort you to your domestic transfer, a 45-minute plane-hop over a turquoise Indian Ocean scattered with tiny jewel-like islands, followed by a 45-minute speedboat ride to your private island idyll.

Beach Villa
The Beach Suites have been designed to enhance the entire vacation experience with world-class comfort and sumptuous elegance. These suites are encompassed with the lush vegetation of the island allowing guests to sink into a lulling tropical reverie. Separate areas for socializing, dining and sleeping provide all the comfort and room one may desire. Open air bathrooms feature lavish Jacuzzi bathtubs and rain showers whilst each Beach Suite also boats a private beach cabana.

Water Villa
The Maldivian-style villas stretch out into the lagoon and are perched over water. These intimate and well-appointed villas feature ample decks with infinity edged pools, breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean with glass paneled floors that allow quiet observation of the marine life throughout the day or in the evening moonlight. Steps leading directly into the soft sandy lagoon provide immediate access to the inviting crystal clear waters. Partially open air bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs complete the Maldivian ambience of the Water Villas.

Grand Water Pavilion
The grand water pavilion represents the most refined and exclusive pedigrees of taste, style and sophistication. Immersed in understated and elegant décor, this pavilion offers sweeping panoramas of the Indian Ocean, two bedrooms, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, private dining area, a spacious lounge with 40’’ LCD TV and large private sun deck

Four corners
As its name suggests, the all-day Four Corners restaurant offers cuisine from around the world, cooked using the finest local ingredients. Feast on ‘Indian Ocean King Scallops terrine with Gazpacho Sorbet’one day and a good old fashioned hamburger the next. You can also choose between buffet and a la carte.

Medium Rare
Exquisite fresh local lobster, melt-in-your-mouth Black Wagyu steaks and fresh line caught fish are all the rage at Medium Rare, where food is considered art and everything is prepared with great ceremony right in front of you, in the central open kitchen.

Salt Water
Stargaze from a cushion-stuffed hammock suspended over the edge of the deck at the Beach House’s sultry Salt Water bar. Let the sound of live acoustic music wash over and admit you’re finally succumbing to the utter tranquility of your surroundings.

Destination
DiningWhat the Beach House does particularly well is the personalized dining experience. You will find a fleet of mobile chefs at hand to arrange private dinners in secluded over-water pavilions or in the comfort of your own villa.

Saffron
Dining locations don’t get much more romantic than the cutting-edge, over-water Asian-fusion restaurant Saffron which specializes in local delicacies such as ‘Confit of Duck Salad wrapped in betel leaf’ with wider Asian influences.

Families 
kid’s club has its own private pool, a games room and an extensive activity programs including turtle monitoring during the nesting season.

Water Sports
DWS certified Water sports school ‘Blue’ offers complimentary non-motorized water sports to all guests. A selection of various high class quality equipments are available, such as a large variety of wind surfing boards, catamarans and canoes.Qualified instructors are available for beginners and more experienced enthusiasts alike.

Land Sports
At the Beach House we feel you can do as little or as much as you like and our range of activities is extensive offering outdoor badminton, tennis court, beach volleyball, pool and billiard table, table tennis and a trampoline.

Diving
At the beach house at Manafaru Maldives our 5 Star PADI Dive Centre has a team of experts offering a wide range of PADI-certified dive programs for adults and children as young as 8 years old, including a complimentary daily orientation dive. A PADI Open Water Dive qualification can be achieved during a one-week stay. “Bubblemaker” lessons for younger kids and Discover Scuba programs for pre-teens and older are also available.

Two new Bauer Verticus compressors and a separate Nitrox compressor make it possible to dive unlimited, with either Air or Nitrox and our variety of programs include Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water license up to Assistant Instructor and a variety of specialty courses, including Nitrox, Digital under Water Photography, Videography, Underwater scooter and Re-breather courses. Giving the opportunity to the beginners and the experienced divers to enrich their knowledge and improve their diving skills.

The overwhelming hospitality and service are provided by our experienced diving team, English, French, German, Italian and Japanese speaking instructors are on the island at all times and Russian speaking instructors are available upon request at time of reservation.
